Dr. James Giordano, Chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program and Scholar-in-Residence in the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics at Georgetown University, speaks to cadets and faculty about how advancements in neuroscience and neurotechnology will impact the future of war. This event was hosted by the Modern War Institute at West Point.
This is a fast paced extremely informative video that was designed to bring folks up to speed with the actual capabilities of both our nation and foreign entities in regards to neuroweapons and biological threats. It is imperative that you understand that these weapons have been implemented and we are in a new battlefield. Over the course of 2020 we have already seen much of what was presented being played out.

The speaker is in error in the few of the things he’s saying. I don’t have any comments of than that. Video pretty much speaks for itself.
Well without you doing more than throwing stones, I will stick with what he said at West Point as being spot on.
