Deciphering.tv shares the experiences of it’s founder Eric J. Hecker as he seemingly was groomed as child on Long Island, had a fleeting entanglement with the United States Navy’s Submarine Service, and later spent an entire year working for Raytheon at the South Pole Station in Antarctica.

Additionally, deciphering.tv will strive to pick up the mantle dropped by the mass media and will aim to connect the dots in ways that many others have failed.

“We the People” of this planet deserve a platform where the cold hard truth has a chance to be heard and shared.
