Part 2- Joseph Powell is a Secret Space Program experiencer that has many of his memories and he is very willing to share them. In this chat we discuss the goings on at Montauk as he recalls them. Joseph reached out to me to let me know that he had a recollection with me. The best part of this all is that we both seemed to have helped each other make connections. Joseph also had some images to share to help folks get an idea of what he is discussing. Plus he gives a great description of Project IBIS.
